We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Freestanding bathtubs are large and heavy items that require specialized freight delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Freight Carrier Delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on your location

• Deliveries are curbside only; you are responsible for moving the item indoors

• Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery slip before signing
